Over the past 12 months Brisbane has experienced sustained office tenant demand, recording net absorption of in excess of 150,000 sqm across both CBD and fringe markets
in 2022, underpinning further rental growth and development.

A plethora of infrastructure and major projects are underway across the inner ring including Queens Wharf, Cross River Rail and Green Bridges, which stand to reshape the CBD. There is a heavy focus on maximising existing facilities within a 5km radius of the Brisbane CBD for the 2032 Olympic Games, which will spur further public realm investment and exposure on the global stage.
